Service Operations Coordinator

Orlando, FL

$75,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a growing, locally owned home services company in Orlando looking for a capable and organized Service Operations Coordinator to help lead our daily administrative and customer support functions.

This full-time, on-site role is best suited for a proactive professional who enjoys managing moving parts in a busy service-based environment and supporting both office and field teams effectively.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Successware (required)
  • Previous office management or leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other in-home service industries preferred
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service and scheduling abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Orlando (no remote option)

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily office operations and customer-facing communications
  • Manage dispatching and scheduling for our HVAC and Electrical service teams
  • Coordinate service jobs and maintain accurate customer information
  • Provide direct support to ownership and field personnel
  • Help streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full-time, on-site)
