Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Operations Coordinator to support our service executive team and branch operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all operational, licensing, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time across our locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys taking ownership of a wide variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track licensing requirements for branch locations, including contractor licenses, business licenses, and local compliance needs
- Ensure all branch locations meet state and local regulatory requirements
- Support the setup and ongoing operational needs of new and existing branch locations
- Act as a central point of coordination for miscellaneous operational tasks assigned by the service executive team
- Maintain organized records of licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
- Communicate with local municipalities, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of requirements
- Identify gaps or upcoming deadlines and proactively address them
- Assist with process improvements to streamline operations and compliance tracking
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities ("wearing multiple hats")
- Experience with licensing, compliance, or operations coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with tracking systems is a bonus
