Service Operations Scheduler

Picture your day: you open the schedule and orchestrate the flow of work—matching customer requests to the right technician, locking in appointment times, and lining up parts so everything arrives when and where it should. You field questions with calm clarity, keep meticulous records, and move work orders from open to done without missing a detail.

As our Service Operations Scheduler, you are the hub of communication—coordinating with customers, technicians, and suppliers to deliver seamless service from first call to final sign-off.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and schedule service appointments, optimizing routes, availability, and customer timelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service inquiries—owning updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain precise service records and documentation across databases and tracking tools.
  • Monitor work orders to ensure on-time completion; proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and customers to troubleshoot issues and align expectations.
  • Align parts with customer delivery windows and collaborate with the parts department on shipping logistics.
  • Track service department tools to ensure availability, accountability, and readiness.
  • Compile reports and keep systems current so the team has real-time information.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support at every touchpoint.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or service coordination.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills with a detail-first mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Growth: We offer professional development opportunities to help you advance your skills and career.
