This role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, making it one of the most important positions in creating a positive and lasting impression. Service Ops team members set the tone for each visit through friendly, efficient, and engaging interactions. This role is responsible for handling transactions, assisting guests, and supporting both the front desk and café operations.
