What You’ll Do
You’ll run residential & light commercial service calls and own the outcome:
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the right fix
- Perform service work like water heaters, sump pumps, drain cleaning/rodding/jetting, disposals, repairs
- Present options to customers and close jobs (sales-focused service role)
- Deliver clean communication and top-tier customer experience
- Use a CRM (ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro) to manage jobs
- Keep your truck and work area clean and professional
- Join ongoing sales + technical training (3x/week)
What You Need
- 3+ years of real service plumbing experience, not install-only
- A sales mindset: you can explain options, handle objections, and close
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Valid driver’s license + clean background
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems fast
- CRM experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $90,000 – $150,000 Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
- Technicians regularly earn $100,000+ annually
