Service Plumber

Jobgenix is a privately owned Professional firm in South Florida serving clients nationwide. We have an immediate opening for Service Plumber with excellent investigative and diagnostic skills in the Indianapolis area. Client will offer competitive hourly pay, medical benefits, paid time off. This is mostly for new homes, all of which are built on basements and slabs. This is perfect for the experienced plumber or handyman that wants to diagnose and repair/replace plumbing problems to all applicable codes. Perform all on-call duties in a designated rotation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently resolve new home warranty issues.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by demonstrating RTMC core values.
• Educate and provide customers with multiple options to solve a singular problem, letting the customer decide what is best for their home and budget.
• Be highly investigative so we can get to the root of problems and provide lasting solutions.
• Contribute to a rotating on-call schedule.
• Be a team player!

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbers License
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
• Current driver's license & a good driving record
• Personable, excellent communicator, teamwork, and customer service skills
