This is a true service plumbing role focused on diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and customer solutions across residential and light commercial properties. You will not spend your day running drain calls or performing sewer work. About the Role
As a Residential & Light Commercial Service Plumber, you will respond to scheduled service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, and deliver high-quality repairs and solutions that prioritize long-term customer satisfaction. You will inspect plumbing systems, educate customers on repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics, complete service documentation, and maintain professionalism while working inside homes and businesses.
This role focuses on quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and building customer trust.
What You Won't Do
• No drain cleaning
• No sewer work
• No high-volume drain calls
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of plumbing service experience preferred in residential and/or light commercial environments
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and service best practices
• Understanding of local plumbing codes and safety requirements
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
