Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and sewer issues
Perform service, repair, and installation work
Communicate directly with customers and present solutions
Run approximately 5–8 service calls per day, depending on schedule and demand
Use ServiceTitan and company systems to manage jobs, estimates, and workflow
Maintain a clean, organized truck, tools, and professional appearance
Deliver high-quality work focused on long-term results
