American Rooter Plumbing is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to run residential service calls, diagnose issues, and provide long-term solutions for homeowners. This is a true service role focused on quality work and customer trust, not pushing unnecessary repairs.

What You'll Do
Run residential service calls throughout the Omaha and Council Bluffs metro, diagnosing plumbing issues and providing clear, honest solutions to homeowners. You'll complete repairs, replacements, and system upgrades while maintaining a high level of workmanship and professionalism. This role is about solving problems the right way and building long-term customer trust. You will document your work in ServiceTitan, communicate with the office team, and manage your calls efficiently throughout the day.

What We're Looking For
Experience in residential plumbing service or drain work is required. You should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, staying organized, and managing their time effectively. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
