Help customers make confident decisions about their plumbing by pairing precise diagnostics with clear, solution-oriented communication. At Thousand Oaks Plumbing, you’ll deliver reliable residential and light commercial service while upholding safety and craftsmanship.

How you’ll contribute

1. Diagnose: Assess systems, pinpoint issues, and perform thorough evaluations.
2. Advise: Present repair or replacement options with approved pricing and a straightforward sales process.
3. Execute: Complete code-compliant repairs, replacements, and installations to company standards.
4. Document: Use ServiceTitan to capture estimates, photos, notes, invoices, and job details.
5. Finalize: Process transactions accurately and collect payments.
6. Uphold: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked vehicle, tools, and parts; follow safety rules, company policies, and plumbing codes.

Your background

• Experience as a Plumbing Service Technician in residential settings
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• ServiceTitan user proficiency
• Proven sales capability — option presentation and closing
• Clear communicator with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per company policy
• Proficient in: Plumbing
