Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Plumber with 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, installing plumbing systems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and sewer lines.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair solutions to customers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good condition.
• Complete service reports and documentation after each job.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Service Plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
• Experience with residential and commercial plumbing work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Plumbing certification/license is an advantage.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, heights, and various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
