Trinity Contractors are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business in the commercial and industrial HVAC service market. This role is focused on identifying prospects, building relationships, and securing preventive maintenance agreements with facility owners, property managers, plant managers, engineers, and other key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is a proactive “hunter” who enjoys prospecting, developing opportunities, and closing new business. This position requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to partner with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality customer solutions.
