Service Porter

We are currently seeking a Service (Porter)!

Responsibilities

As a Service Attendant (Porter) you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to maintenance of and service of vehicles. This position will interact daily with the Service Manager, Product Specialist, Support staff and customers. The goal of a Porter is to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with delivery of their car.

• Vehicle movement:

  Park cars, move them between the showroom, lot, and service bays, and arrange them according to display standards.
• Cleaning:

  Wash, vacuum, and generally maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, as well as the dealership's lot and service areas.
• Logistics and support:

  Run parts, refuel cars, take out trash, and perform other support tasks for the service and sales departments.
• Inventory management:

  Keep track of vehicle stock, check for damage, and maintain accurate records.
• Customer service:

  Assist customers with tasks like providing shuttle services, greeting them, or helping with other requests.

  Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
• Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license 3 years, fairly clean driving record (no major violations)
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
