Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet and assist Service Department customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Manage vehicle flow in the service drive and support advisors with daily tasks.
• Move, clean, and prepare vehicles for delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, including light cleaning and waste disposal.
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays as needed
