Service Processor
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Service Processor to join our team in Warren, Ohio. This role is perfect for individuals with strong administrative, customer service, or repair order processing experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Hours:
Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Receive repairs and log all necessary information
Ensure shipping and billing addresses are correct and available
Unpack and process all repairs, comparing contents and packing slips
Create and route RMAs and manage returns to inventory and vendors
Process equipment requiring retrofitting
Log all incoming and outgoing equipment accurately and prepare for shipment
Answer phone calls and handle non-technical service inquiries and Helpdesk requests
Contact customers for purchase order numbers and billing details
Verify technicians have entered order details and parts used in the system
Proofread and edit text for grammar, spelling, and formatting
Arrange shipments via appropriate carriers for completed repairs
Support other departments with billing and order processing issues
Generate weekly reports on open service activity
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of related experience or equivalent education
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and ERP system navigation
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective verbal communication and professional email etiquette
Ability to proofread, edit, and compose written information
Willing to acquire basic product knowledge, including product ID and market applications
Nice to Have Skills:
Production experience
Blueprint reading skills
Assembly and measuring abilities
Knowledge of quality control, control panel assembly, wiring, and component installation
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Other Requirements:
On-site work environment in Warren, Ohio
