Position Summary

\n

\n

The Service Pro is responsible for delivering exceptional pest control services to residential and commercial clients while representing Pest Pros Pest Solutions in a professional manner. This position requires a high level of accountability, organization, customer service, and attention to detail.

\n

Service Pros are expected to take ownership of their routes, maintain strong communication with clients and management, and consistently perform services according to company protocols and industry regulations.

\n

\n

This is not a position for someone looking to simply complete stops and go home. We are looking for professionals who view themselves as business owners within their route, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, enhance the client experience, and contribute to the success of the team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services according to company protocols and service standards Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and exceptional customer service Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and required reporting Follow all company safety procedures, vehicle policies, and regulatory requirements Manage and maintain company equipment, materials, and vehicle cleanliness Maintain an organized and efficient route schedule while meeting production goals Proactively identify and communicate service opportunities that benefit clients Participate in ongoing training and development programs Obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required for the position Support team initiatives and contribute positively to company culture
