Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Quote Administrator to support the preparation, validation, and delivery of service quotations. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, ensuring accurate pricing, and supporting the end-to-end quotation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data and customer-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and service entitlements to prepare accurate service quotations
- Support the standardization and improvement of quoting processes and workflows
- Manage end-to-end quote lifecycle, including tracking, follow-ups, and timely delivery
- Prepare Time & Material (T&M) quotes with clear cost breakdowns and assumptions
- Coordinate internal review and approval workflows for all quotations
- Monitor quote status and respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Analyze trends in quote acceptance/rejection and suggest process improvements
- Investigate discrepancies between quotes, invoices, and service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records of all quotes
- Use data analysis to provide insights for pricing and operational optimization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Vocational Education
- 0–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
