Lithia Subaru of Fresno is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy service department.

What You’ll Do

+ Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival

+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

+ Assist customers with service check-in and direct them to the appropriate advisor

+ Maintain accurate customer and appointment records

+ Process payments and provide receipts as needed

+ Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area

+ Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the dealership in a positive manner

What You’ll Bring

+ Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills

+ Professional appearance and positive attitude

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
