Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140

Pay Rate: $26.94–$34.99/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Overtime: Saturdays | 5:00 AM – 1:45 PM (as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians to repair, rebuild, inspect, and test oilfield equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing equipment assembly and disassembly, troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring equipment meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and/or rebuild NOV equipment at the Fort Worth facility.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of oilfield equipment.
• Conduct pre-testing and assist with final testing of equipment.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Identify required repairs using established procedures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Complete inspection reports and required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies and health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• 2+ years of heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience preferred.
• 2+ years of hydraulic experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic systems.
• Skilled in manufacturing, assembly, and equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
