Service Repair Technician-Marlboro

Perform repairs, testing, and maintenance of laser systems and subsystems in the service depot. Follow detailed work instructions and repair documentation to complete service tasks accurately. Assist in troubleshooting of mechanical, electronic, and optical components under supervision. Prepare systems and components for shipment, including inspection and proper packaging. Enter service data into ERP and CRM systems to document completed repairs. Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repairs and escalations. Participate in ongoing training to build skill sets across mechanical, electrical, and optical systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S principles. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying minor process improvements. Ability to interpret electrical drawings. Experience with industrial lasers, accessories, and related diagnostic equipment. Excellent electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills with high and low-voltage equipment. Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting a must.
