Snelling is hiring for a Service Repair Technician in Mesquite! In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, test, and document medical equipment while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO quality standards. You'll work closely with engineering and service teams to identify product improvements, maintain inventory, and support technical operations.
- Shift- 8a-4:30pm Mon-Fri
- Pay-21-25hr
- Hours: 40 per week
- Temp to Hire Contract- 90 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical medical devices
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
- Support inventory control and ERP system transactions
- Assist with packaging, receiving, and other production/service activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of assembly, repair, manufacturing, or related experience
- Experience using hand tools and testing equipment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- ISO/FDA regulated environment experience preferred
- Epicor experience a plus
