In this factory-based role, you will evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and test rail motors and gears in both factory and field environments while ensuring high-quality results.What your day-to-day will look like: Inspect incoming units, document findings, and prepare detailed failure reports with photos as needed. Safely operate lifting devices, cranes, jigs, and assembly stands while supporting a Zero Harm safety culture. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, and bills of materials to determine repair requirements. Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, assemble, and test rail motors and gears to meet quality specifications and tolerances. Complete accurate documentation and reporting while working in factory, field, and high-voltage test environments with some travel.
