Service Repair Technician

• Troubleshoot problems on failed units.
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and policies.
• Disassemble and evaluate failed units.
• Make sure paperwork matches the units.
• Receive product into SAP/RGA system.
• Disassemble units returned for stock.
• Rebuild paperwork write up.
• Assist production group.
• Scrap product.
• Stage product.
• Maintain 5S.
• Follow and use JI's/SRD's
• Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Mechanical experience preferred.

Skills and Key Attributes: Strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to learn and perform basic troubleshooting and gearbox analysis, and possess basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

Disassemble and evaluate returned units for repair.
