Description
We are recruiting a motivated Service Sales Engineer / Account Representative to grow service agreements, retrofit projects, and customer relationships within the Building Automation and HVAC Controls industry.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare service proposals and quotations.
Conduct facility assessments.
Recommend energy-saving solutions.
Coordinate with service and engineering teams.
Meet revenue goals.
Maintain CRM activity and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
Sales experience within HVAC, controls, mechanical, or electrical industries.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to develop customer relationships.
Technical aptitude.
Valid driver's license.
