In this role you will develop new business build long-term customer relationships and help clients identify service solutions for mechanical roofing controls and other facility maintenance needs.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting with customers uncovering needs creating solutions and turning opportunities into long-term service partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive organized comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and motivated by both relationship-building and sales growth.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo successfully perform this role an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements outlined below represent the knowledge skills and abilities necessary for the position.
