We're seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, or commercial facility solutions who enjoys developing customer relationships and closing new business.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective commercial customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC, plumbing, and building controls solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations for service projects and maintenance agreements.
  • Sell preventative maintenance contracts and service agreements.
  • Manage existing customer accounts while expanding business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional service and relationship management.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or building services industry experience
  • Experience in selling Commercial HVAC Service or Maintenance Contracts required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000–$90,000 base salary + comission
  • Uncapped commission potential
