We are looking for an experienced Field Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the person who keeps technicians organized, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly.
This is a key role within our company. The right person will be highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting our customers and service team.
This is not an entry-level position. Previous field service dispatching experience is required.
Schedule
Full-Time In-Office Position
Enjoy a consistent schedule with a 3-day weekend every week.
This position will work closely with our weekend dispatcher and provide occasional coverage during vacations, illnesses, and other approved time off.
What You'll Do
As our Field Service Dispatcher, you will be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team. Your ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively will directly impact our daily success.
