As a Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and practice teams by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. You’ll be a trusted point of contact—helping resolve inquiries, navigating processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
What Experience You Need:
- 1-2 years of customer service, prior financial services industry, or Edward Jones experience recommended
- Strong computer skills are required, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
What Could Set You Apart:- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
