The role focus and requirements are as follows:
70% - Routes - Requires working with each route on a continual basis in order to understand the territory and the deliverables needed for each unique customer.
20% - Route Support - Requires independently covering routes for scheduled vacations, holidays and random sick days.
10% - Branch Support - Requires installations of new accounts and route check-in.
