Responsibilities include helping prepare delicious food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting/helping customers with their orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payment/cash transactions accurately and professionally.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n* Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.\n* Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.\n* Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.\n* Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.\n* Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\n* Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.\n* Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the job.
