Their interaction largely forms the guest’s perception of Ezell’s customer service. Additionally, the Host has an impact on the restaurant’s sales, food quality, and speed-of-service. Candidates for this position must be fun, energetic, and hardworking individuals. Host Responsibilities:
Deliver welcoming, caring and cheerful hospitality
Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure a positive guest experience
Maintain food quality
Practice “clean as you go” throughout your shift
