This is a Safety-Sensitive Position. The ability to perform duties with full and unimpaired judgment is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Community Director, the Service Technician will:

• Complete work orders and service requests efficiently and professionally

• Maintain the property's grounds, pool, and landscaping

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

• Handle make-readies for vacant units

• Support emergency on-call maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred

• Pool maintenance experience preferred

• Skilled in a variety of trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, and irrigation systems

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Willingness to participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 75 lbs.

• Bend, twist, reach, and kneel as needed for repairs

• Comfortable working in tight spaces and overhead areas
