Service Tech

Service Technician – Houston, TX 77041

Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Lunch: 30 minutes

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Service Technician with mechanical repair experience. This position is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical winch systems. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical winch systems

• Disassemble, rebuild, repair, and reassemble equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, gear oil changes, and inspections

• Conduct equipment testing and safety inspections

• Maintain service logs and repair documentation

• Assist with inventory and spare parts

• Pick, package, and label products for shipping

• Report to the Service Manager or Branch Manager as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of automotive/mechanical repair experience required

• Technical service/repair experience

• Hydraulic experience

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs

• Ability to understand equipment/unit breakdowns

• Winch industry experience is a plus

• Must provide your own tools
