Technical troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. We require candidates to have solid knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, or electrical systems relevant to industrial equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and relevant technical certifications are highly valued. You must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, climbing, and working in various positions.
