Morgan Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team at a 464-unit apartment community in Bedford, TX. If you have experience in maintenance, HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, facilities, or general repairs and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests and apartment repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance and community upkeep
• Support apartment turns and make-ready activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs

What Were Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance, HVAC, construction, facilities, or related experience preferred
• EPA/HVAC Certification preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies when scheduled on-call

Compensation & Benefits

• $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
