Service Technician (Beverage Equipment)

New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, locally rooted beverage service company to hire a Service Technician who thrives on hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping businesses running smoothly.

Location: Auburn, WA (must be willing and able to drive company vehicle to job sites)
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Competitive pay + bonus potential)
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with OT as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Install, service, repair, and remove beverage dispensing equipment (fountain machines, bar guns, coffee systems, ice machines, and more)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in the field
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every stop
• Track service work, parts, and job details accurately
• Ensure all equipment is installed safely and meets company standards
• Operate a company vehicle responsibly

What You Bring:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
• Basic electrical/plumbing knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• Clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
