B&R Portable Restrooms & Services located in Lebanon, Indiana is looking for a CDL Driver Service Technician at our Lebanon Indiana Operations facility to operate a company service truck and drive to various locations in completing our 12-point cleaning requirements for all portable restrooms, pick up and delivery of units, and working with our water tanks and septic customers. This employee will be trained on our septic routes, water routes, and service routes.
Responsibilities:
- Always serve as a positive and professional representative of the Company to drive customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily required functions for the truck you are responsible for, so it is properly cleaned, stocked, maintained, and prepped for the following day.
- Maintain productivity goals; ensure adherence to operating standards; and maintain the required timelines put forth by Company Management.
- Be able to load and unload portable restrooms from trucks and trailers when applicable.
- Communicates and presents a professional, positive image and attitude with customers, management, and subordinates.
- Perform basic truck driving services in accordance with DOT requirements.
- Perform all work duties safely in accordance with safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries to self or others.
- Conduct daily cleaning procedures in-line with our Companies 12-point service standards.
- Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed within customer guidelines and customer expectations.
- Provide routing feedback to Route Manager to be more efficient and effective in providing our customers the best service possible.
- Ability to strategically plan with customer needs by discussing additional product needs, location(s) of product to enhance the most effective way to provide continues services, jobsite timelines and/or other value-added information in providing a positive customer experience.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to learn, use and perform all equipment, tools, and our patented designed routing software as it pertains to daily route functions, efficiency, and effectiveness to complete the required daily performances.
- Be willing to work weekdays, some evenings and weekends or holidays as needed.
- Being reliable and consistent daily, weekly, and ongoing is a must for this position.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- HS Degree or equivalent
- Possess and maintain a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record
- Waste Tanker endorsement preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Drug Screen and clear background check required
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements in driving all Company trucks, equipment, and trailers
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. without restrictions
- Ability to recognize and secure confidential information
- Must be willing to work in various outside in adverse weather conditions
- Teamwork, time management and the ability to work independently and make daily decisions with a high degree of problem-solving skills
Pay:
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour along with being eligible for overtime pay past 40 hours per week.

Shift: Day shift with the ability to commute to and from Lebanon Indiana operations facility.
