Service Technician - Commercial HVAC| $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems
- Retrofit / Changeout Installation
- Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
- Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services
- Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc.
- Duct work as needed
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner
- We install Trane and Bryant equipment

Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 + years of HVAC commercial & Residential service experience
- Annual maintenance experience
- Refrigeration experience - Desired
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of commercial and Residential HVAC equipment
- Customer Service - communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
- Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School -Desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
