Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at Mercedes Benz of Doylestown, located in Doylestown, PA. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks will include inspecting vehicles, conducting preventative maintenance, handling field service assignments, and ensuring all work meets Mercedes Benz standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
• \n
• Skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle issues
• \n
• Experience in Field Service operations and tasks
• \n
• Strong Customer Service skills
• \n
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• \n
• ASE certification or equivalent training is a plus
• \n
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and procedures
• \n
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• \n
