About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical work across commercial and residential properties, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. This role involves completing service calls efficiently, diagnosing electrical issues accurately, and ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation
- Operate and maintain a company service van as required
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
- Must hold current and updated electrical certifications
- Must be able to drive a company van and possess a valid drivers license
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
- Must be able to relocate to Bermuda
