Service Technician

***EDUCATION PREFERRED - HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED***

SCHEDULE: ALTERNATING SHIFTS 7AM-5PM OR 9AM-7PM; POTENTIAL OVERTIME UP TO 1-2 HOURS PER DAY AND ON-CALL EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

TOP SKILLS NEEDED:
- MUST BE MECHANICALLY INCLINED
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A WORK SHOP SETTING
- MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - WRITTEN & VERBAL
- MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND SAFETY-FOCUSED

HIRING PROCESS: ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN-PERSON.

JOB SUMMARY: Provide a high level of customer service for product maintenance and repair in the field and shop.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall operation of preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools
- Service tools in a timely manner without deviation from Service Quality procedure
- Complete demands of the Supervisors/Management pertaining to tool production
- Develop accurate and complete data pertaining to service documentation in a timely manner
- Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required (Cranes, Forklifts, etc)
- Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
- Participate in action plans for new projects defined by supervisor.
- Maintain the work environment as outlined by the shop supervisor
- All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience displayed and recorded which is applicable to the service pertinent tools preferred
- Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Adheres to all HSEQ requirements
- Working hours to be identified by manager
- Lifting up to 70 lbs; *** policy is to not lift over 50lbs. We have cranes and forklifts, which we will provide training for.
- Must be able to work in factory environment which may include but are not limited to: high noise level, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors
- Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperature
