JOB SUMMARY
As a Flooring Division Service Technician, your role will involve servicing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring in residential construction. You will be responsible for reviewing service tickets, and completing tasks as indicated. This may involve measuring and cutting materials, removing and installing tile, LVP/Wood, or Carpet, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. Additionally, you may be required to troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing tile, LVP/Wood, or carpet as well as provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.
