What You'll Do

• Knock out service requests quickly while leaving residents glad they called
• Handle routine and preventative maintenance along with apartment turns
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Keep our 184-unit community looking sharp and operating safely
• Share in an on-call rotation so residents are never left waiting during an emergency
• Work shoulder to shoulder with a team that backs each other up

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• A sharp troubleshooter who chases down the root cause instead of the quick patch
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Someone who treats residents and coworkers the way they'd want to be treated, says what they'll do and then does it, and stands behind every repair they sign off on
