Were seeking a dependable Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality work, and values being part of a team that supports both residents and one another. In this role, youll work closely with the Service Manager to keep the community running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine service requests
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community
• Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance needs
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members
• Help create a safe, well-maintained community residents are proud to call home

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call schedule
• Must be available for emergency maintenance needs

What Were Looking For:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• At least one year of maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A team player who takes ownership of their work, treats others with respect, and is willing to step in wherever needed
