Compensation
- $28-$30 per hour (based on experience)
- 5% commission on equipment replacements
- Performance bonuses

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform maintenance and tune-ups.
- Communicate repair options honestly with customers.
- Recommend replacements only when appropriate.
- Complete digital invoices using Housecall Pro.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors.
