Compensation

  •  $28-$30 per hour (based on experience) 
  •  5% commission on equipment replacements 
  •  Performance bonuses

What You'll Do

  •  Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. 
  •  Perform maintenance and tune-ups. 
  •  Communicate repair options honestly with customers. 
  •  Recommend replacements only when appropriate. 
  •  Complete digital invoices using Housecall Pro. 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle. 
Qualifications

  •  Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience preferred. 
  •  EPA Certification required. 
  •  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
  •  Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. 
  •  Excellent customer service. 
  •  Able to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors.
