Pay: $35.00 – $43.00/hour Depending On Experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues efficiently and deliver high-quality, long-lasting solutions
• Follow company standards to ensure a consistent, top-tier customer experience
• Communicate clearly with customers, building trust and confidence in your work
• Provide input to leadership on technical training opportunities to keep skills sharp
• Share feedback on inventory needs and parts usage to keep jobs running smoothly
• Contribute ideas on pricing and service improvements based on real field experience
• Take pride in your work while operating with independence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years residential service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal License required
• NATE certified preferred
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
