Synairgy on Maui, Hawaii is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems independently, we offer top pay, excellent benefits, and a company culture that values skilled technicians.

What You'll Do


  • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
  • Communicate repair options clearly with customers
  • Recommend system improvements such as IAQ products, components, or replacements
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
  • Assist with mentoring junior technicians when needed
Requirements


  • 3+ years HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read manufacturer specifications and service manuals
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work in field conditions and varying weather
