SERVICE TECHNICIAN I

Pay Rate: $20 - $26 DOE

JOB SUMMARY: The Service Technician I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing service, installation, and maintenance support for hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and water treatment systems. This position requires a high degree of technical skill, professionalism, and the ability to work in extreme weather and physically demanding environments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for hot tubs, saunas, and cold plunges.
Customer Service: Provide professional, "white-glove" support and clear communication during service calls and installations.
Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections on all equipment pre-delivery and post-installation to ensure 100% functionality.
Operations & Documentation: Use ERP tools to manage work orders, warranty records, and service inventory.
Field Logistics: Safely operate company vehicles to job sites and maintain organized, stocked, and clean equipment.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including vehicle inspections (DVIR) and proper tool care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
