Service Technician II

The Service Technician II is responsible for providing repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance services for Ott brands within a service center environment. Key duties include mentoring junior technicians, managing service orders via ERP systems, and ensuring accurate billing. Candidates must have a two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience, strong customer interaction skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. The role requires physical capability to handle equipment and travel as needed. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
