About the Role:
Motorcycle Maxx & Integrity Cycles LLC is looking for a skilled and passionate Service Technician to join our team in Lewis Center, OH. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on motorcycles and powersports equipment
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used units
• Accurately document repair orders, parts used, and labor time in the service management system
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay
• Stay current on manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician preferred
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must supply own tools; valid driver's license required
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., MMI, ATC, or OEM) a plus
